Sarah Brown Home Design Inc (SBHD) is a fully licensed BCIN qualified Residential Design firm specializing in Custom Homes, Renovations, Additions, Garages and even barns.

With over 22 years of experience in the field of architecture, Sarah Brown has worked on a wide variety of projects throughout Ontario including high and low rise residential developments, retail tenant buildings, gas stations, custom homes, additions and renovations.

In 2022 Sarah decided to focus directly on her passion of home design and launched SBHD.

With a hands-on approach, Sarah works directly with each client to ensure that their goals and needs are met and to achieve the home of their dreams.

As a BCIN Residential Designer in the province of Ontario SBHD is able to provide permit and construction drawings for anywhere in Ontario.

What is a BCIN Residential Designer

A BCIN (Building Code Identification Number) residential designer is a licensed professional registered in the province of Ontario through the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH). 

The BCIN is a unique number assigned to a qualified designer allowing them to produce drawings which can then be submitted for building permit.  A BCIN is a requirement for obtaining a building permit within the province of Ontario.
